A brief description of the enterprise:

Skycafé is owned and operated by an Arizona State University undergraduate student, Moe Abdalla, and other students as part of an Arizona State University entrepreneurial venture supported by the Kauffman Foundation. Since 2008, the Skycafé is located within Skysong, Arizona State University’s Innovation Center.

Skycafé’s Mission Statement includes the following:

"Skycafé is dedicated to providing healthy, organic and eco-friendly options for SkySong tenants and visitors. Skycafé’s commitment to delivering creative and elegant catering solutions is displayed by their flexibility in service and willingness to improve. Through its global donations and internship opportunities, Skycafé strives to be part of ASU’s imperative to become a force for societal transformation. Skycafé will build a cultural bridge that is anchored through their love of exotic food and their passion in quality service."
