Zero waste stations are available at all athletic events. Select events also have a green team of volunteers present to assist in the sorting of waste. Our 2 athletic facilities (Alksnis Athletics & Recreation Building and Sturrus Sports & Fitness Center) are Silver LEED Certified and LEED Certified, respectively. The announcers have talking points to include re. the college's sustainability commitments and how fans can contribute to the cause.
