Aquinas College's Center for Sustainability and Faculty Sustainability Fellows coordinate two regular educational series' called the Sustainability Brownbag Series and Economicology Forum Series, to increase campus discussions of sustainability and Economicology. The events are open to staff, faculty, students, and community members. A minimum of one Forum event and two sustainability brown bag events are held per semester. Expert speakers cover topics such as Laudato Si, invasive species, sustainability across the curriculum, sustainable food systems, and innovation.

The Center for Sustainability often pays for college employees to attend community sustainability events to learn more about the topic.
