All department chairs were provided with a survey during spring 2018 and asked to classify courses in their program. Chairpersons were provided with the exact instructions and details included in the STARS 2.1 technical manual to help guide the process. For the handful of chairs that did not respond, sustainability staff used the academic catalog to identify sustainability courses and courses that include sustainability.
