Appalachian uses Affinity Licensing Partners as its primary licensing agent. The primary functions of Affinity include: facilitating the licensing process for licensees, executing licensing agreements, monitoring the marketplace for unlicensed use of trademarks, collecting royalties and conducting compliance review audits of licensed manufacturers.
