Appalachian State University seeks to increase participation of HUB businesses. This policy is set forth in the State of NC Purchasing Manual and is reported on quarterly by ASU to the state. This credit is covered by the State of North Carolina Executive Order Number 150: Support for Historically Underutilized Businesses.
