Does the institution donate leftover or surplus food?:
A brief description of the food donation program:
Dining Services donates left over food to a local organization, "The Hunger Coalition", who makes a pick up every day. Prior to this, the food was donated to another local organization, "The Hospitality House". This leftover food donation program has been in existence since at least 2007.
