Does the institution use recycled content napkins in its dining service operations?:
A brief description of the purchasing behavior:
The napkins used in Dining Services are 100% recycled. Dining Services moved the location of the napkins from the serving line to the tables. This allows customers to use only as many napkins as they actually need, not as many as they may think they will need as they go through the serving line. This simple change has cut napkin use by approximately 50%.
