Antioch students have access to counseling services on campus which are provided by a full-time counselor and a part-time grant funded position specializing in sexual assault and abuse counseling. Antioch also has a campus Nurse and a contracted campus Doctor. This team provides treatment around acute injuries or illnesses; managing chronic conditions; STI testing and treatment; GYN testing/health; mental and emotional health medication management and genetic testing; health education; all types of birth control; and immediate-result testing for pregnancy, urinary tract infections and strep throat. Seeing the Doctor and Nurse is free of charge for current Antioch College students. All students also receive a Premium Wellness Center membership which allows full access to facility and unlimited group fitness classes which include cardio, strength training and mind/body practices. Students have the opportunity to receive credit for mindfulness courses, Yoga Teacher Training and participation in weekly group fitness classes.

Antioch staff and faculty have free access to the College's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which offers resources and consultation around areas such as confidential emotional support, work-life solutions, legal guidance, financial resources, online support, help for new parents, and online will preparation. Staff and faculty also receive a 50% discount on Antioch Wellness Center memberships.

The Wellness Center at Antioch College is where students, faculty, staff and community members come to fulfill their fitness and wellness goals. The 44,000 square foot facility has a fitness room, indoor basketball and volleyball courts, competition length swimming pool and therapeutic whirlpool. The historic building was renovated in 2014 and is a certified LEED gold building.

Each week the Wellness Center hosts mindfulness moments for faculty, staff and students. These sessions provide opportunities for relaxation, stress release and helps to encourage a campus climate of compassion and understanding. These sessions are led by faculty and staff trained in mindfulness and yoga. The Senior Leadership Team opens every meeting with a mindfulness moment.
