Antioch College has one employee whose compensation is below the living wage because they choose not to enroll in health insurance benefits. All full-time employees are eligible for the same benefits regardless of salary level. These include Basic Employee Term Life coverage, Basic Death and Dismemberment Coverage, Short Term Disability Plan, Long Term Disability Plan, Health Savings Account (HSA), Basic Employee Term Life Coverage, Paid Time Off, Discounted Wellness Center membership, and Employee Assistance Plan. Employees also have the option to enroll in additional programs such as the 401(k) match program, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance programs.
