Antioch College is working to create a bias response team. Currently, our Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion coordinates the protocol to response to bias complaints. With recent revisions to our Racial Discrimination Prevention Policy, all bias complaints are submitted online using our bias incident report form. The Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion monitors the delegated email account on a daily basis. Bias complaints are referred to one of three administrators depending on the status of the respondent (i.e. student cases are referred to the Dean of Students for the student judicial process).
