A brief description of the green building rating system(s) used and/or a list of certified buildings and ratings:

Antioch College pursues LEED certification in all construction projects. Upon renovation, Antioch College's North Hall became the second-oldest building in the U.S. to be awarded LEED Gold certification and includes a rooftop photovoltaic array. The College's newlly renovated Wellness Center also has LEED Gold certification and includes low-flow fixtures that reduce water usage 20%-40% compared to a similar non-LEED building and a pool with a UV filtration system that also reduces water consumption. The College's Arts & Science Building, the College's most recent construction project, has been awarded LEED Silver certification.
