The EAP (Employee Assistance Program) provides confidential assistance and convenient, cost-free resources to help effectively address issues before they interfere with personal wellness, professional obligations and overall work performance. There is a toll free number for employees to call anytime with questions or to access this exciting and comprehensive benefit. Care Coordinators are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist employees and their families to identify and resolve any problem. Employees and/or their immediate family members are eligible for up to four free, confidential sessions with a licensed mental health professional each year.

* Free initial telephonic consultation.
* Free 30 min in-person consultation available.
* Telephonic Consultation offers follow-up for up to one year on the same issue.
* Discounted rate available for services beyond consultation.
Financial:
* Free initial consultation.
* Conducted over the phone but may include electronic correspondence.
* Continued consultation for the same issue for up to 3 months.
Other services include mental health counseling, job counseling and personal wellness.
