A set of surveys on topics such as water use, climate change, sustainable food, plants at AUCA, paper waste, sustainable transport, sustainability courses at AUCA, renewable energy, food waste, greenhouse emissions and solutions, were developed and adopted in spring 2023.

Survey questions were sent to entire AUCA community through mailing list, and results are analyzed by Sustainability Task Force.
A brief summary of results from the cultural assessment:
The results shows that AUCA community have a basic background on sustainability issues, and through participation at the events and research on environment related topics, the awareness and actions level has increased. Additionally, a set of recommendations were provided to the Sustainability Task Force for implementation.
