AUCA Library maintains the institutional repository which serves as platform to archive and make publicly accessible the articles, book chapters and other scholarly content by the university community. Currently, the repository has over 1,100 documents.
Publication in the Digital Repository is regulated by the Kyrgyz Republic’s Law on Copyright and Related Rights and does not entail any limitations on author’s rights to the submitted work. Author retains all rights to the intellectual work. Documents are published under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 License.

AUCA Library promotes waived or discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) available to the university community through the Library’s membership with EIFL International Library Consortium. Authors from Kyrgyzstan are eligible for waived or discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) to publish their articles in Open Access journals with 14 international academic publishers, including Sage, Taylor & Francis, Cambridge University Press, and others. These agreements are negotiated by the Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL) Consortium and cover over 1,500 Hybrid or Fully Open Access journals. https://www.eifl.net/apcs
