Eligible staff receive up to 8 weeks of 100% paid medical leave. In addition, eligible staff receive 8 additional weeks of parental leave for bonding at 100%. An additional 8 weeks are available through DC FML and does not include pay but staff can use vacation or sick leave if desired. The average pay over the entire leave of up to 24 weeks is 66.67%
