Unused travel funds can be reallocated to other initiatves or expenses within the department or school. Zoom rooms are available in locations around campus to support remote participation in meetings.

American University purchases verified offsets for university sponsored travel. Offsets for all emissions sources included in our inventory, including university funded air travel, are selected following an RFP process by a group of faculty, staff, and students who review projects.
