The University has a green building policy and a zero waste to landfill and incineration policy.
All small renovations and maintenance done by university facilities fall under the 139.16 tons of C&D waste reported here. Examples include ceiling tiles, electronic light ballasts, scrap wood. 57.03 of the 139.16 tons of ongoing C&D waste was scrap metal that was recycled.
