The professional development program offers three trainings on cultural competence:
1. Exploring Intercultural Communication
2. Generations in the Workplace
3. Safe Space Sticker Program
Each training is available to all employees. Employees who complete all three trainings earn a certificate in Building Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion.
