A brief description of the pre-consumer food waste composting program:
Both pre- and post-consumer food waste is composted from dining services located in the Mary Graydon Center, as well as the student-run Davenport Lounge in the School of International Service. Food waste is composted at the Recycled Green composting facility in Maryland.
