A brief description of the programs sponsored by the institution to support underrepresented groups within the student body:

Over the years, student organizations for underrepresented students have emerged and flourished. These organizations include Black Student Union, Caribbean Student Association, Japanese Dance Club, Latin American Student Organization, Newman Club, International Club, Rainbow Union, and Women In Non-traditional Studies. These organizations make up a larger umbrella organization called Kaleidoscope Coalition, which is a branch of Student Senate. In addition, Health and Wellness and Multicultural Affairs have partnered for the creation and support of a Women's Empowerment Group.

There are no formal programs in place for faculty who identify as underrepresented at the college.
