The Campus Climate Survey was distributed in April 2011 to evaluate the success of programs established to enhance diversity, including demographic diversity among students, staff, faculty, and administrators.

The data provided insight for the direction the President's Commission on Diversity and Inclusion should be going. Increased retention efforts have occurred as a result of the survey for specific populations through programming. Also, increased diversity training has been made available for faculty and staff on campus as a result of the data.
