Our Facilities Master Plan includes sustainability in a variety of ways. Most particularly, a section entitled "Sustainability Initiatives" describes a wide variety of strategies related to energy efficiency and energy conservation to meet the American College & University Presidents' Climate Commitment, which Alfred State signed in 2010. The plan also includes strategies for waste minimization, stormwater management, and transportation demand management.
