Yes
A brief description of how the institution meets the criteria:
Since 1983, it has been SUNY’s policy to take affirmative action to ensure that minority- and women-owned business enterprises are given the opportunity to participate in providing the University with goods and services at competitive prices. SUNY’s system-wide MWBE goals for 2011-12 included using at least 20 percent MWBE for all construction, construction-related services, non-construction-related services, and commodities at state-operated campuses.
