A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
19 of our 59 dining services vendors are local and provide us with products that they make and grow regionally. Overall, we spent $721,900 (out of of 3,910,621 total) on local food. Some of the locally sourced food products were eggs, chicken, baked items, coffee, produce, milk and ice cream.
