Albion College is currently creating a Blueprint for Belonging Action for each department and administrative division. This blueprint includes assessing the current structures for areas of improvement in diversity, equity and inclusion on campus. The blueprint will be published publicly on June 1.

The Albion College Blueprint for Belonging Action Toolkit provides all stakeholders in the College community a guide for thinking and acting critically in order to become an anti-ism, antiracist institution. The Action Toolkit provides a roadmap for strategic action on diversity, equity, and inclusion, moving beyond compositional diversity into true equity, inclusion, and anti-ism and antiracist theory and praxis. Albion College must actively take steps to become an anti-ism, antiracist institution if we are to move toward the community of belonging we aspire to be.
