Agnes Scott has a variety of on-site space for meetings or events that is publicly accessible at a low-cost to rent. Community organizations can partner with Agnes Scott offices and departments to host events and meetings, which waives the event space fee.

Agnes Scott has a demonstration garden that is openly accessible to the public that grows a variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowering plants.

The Agnes Scott library has open hours for the public and any person can utilize the library’s book collection inside of the space. The library also offers a cultural display of featured books each month in accordance with the holidays and observances that are occurring during those months.
Agnes Scott also has a gallery and theater that puts on productions and displays that are open to the public. Most recently Agnes Scott held a production of Million Bazillion a children's musical about economics and offered free tickets to children from the community to come and watch the production.

Description of the institution’s publicly accessible facilities that provide recreational services:
Agnes Scott College hosts a variety of recreational spaces on campus. Agnes Scott has tennis courts, a track, and a pool that can be rented for use by the public. There is also a gym on campus that is run by the company Snap Fitness which is accessible to the community. Beyond this, Agne Scott has trails through the greenspace on the south end of campus and a volleyball net on one of the main quads on campus that is usable by the public.
