The college ensures the purchase of environmentally friendly cleaning products for everyday cleaning and maintenance by only purchasing products that are Green Seal certified. For heavy-duty or special cleaning projects the most environmentally responsible option is selected when possible. The college also uses biodegradable solvents and citrus based rather than oil based cleaners. Cleaning products purchased are phosphate, mercury, lead, and chlorine free.
