Does the institution have a trayless dining program in which trays are removed from or not available in dining halls?:
Yes

A brief description of the trayless dining program:

In the fall semester of 2008, we did away with the trays in our dining hall, significantly reducing our water consumption and food waste. A small number of trays are kept behind the cash register station, and anyone may request a tray at any time.
