A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
AUS has a Counselling Services Department which is available to all. They offer counseling services; therapy groups; supports groups and educational groups; outreach services and events; workshops/educational activities; crisis intervention; consultation to faculty, university community and parents of university students. AUS has a Wellness Centre which is available to all, this includes a gym, aerobics classes, swimming, personal training etc.
