During academic year 2020/21 AUS offered the following sustainability staff development trainings:
- Alleviating Anxiety, Stress and Depression with Pet Effect: How animal therapy can help alleviate stress, anxiety, depression and feelings of loneliness and social isolation
- Building and Sustaining Healthy Relationships: How to develop and maintain healthy relationships with partners, family and friends
- Bullying: Understanding the Impact and Developing Strategies for Overcoming It
- Calmness Workshop: How to implement mindfulness through meditation and sound baths
- Conflict Management: How to manage your emotions and chose an appropriate conflict resolution style
- Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making: How to apply problem-solving and decision-making models to the workplace
- Emotional Intelligence: How to increase your understanding of different aspects of human behavior and increase your empathy towards others
- First Aid: How to perform basic first aid before a medical team arrives
- Assertiveness Workshop: How to become more confident and able to handle difficult situations
- Importance of Wellbeing and Happiness: How your diet and exercise have a positive impact on your health
